Brenda Song Returning To Disney Channel For New Animated Series

London Tipton Is Back On Disney Channel

Disney Channel is getting back one of its old stars and we cannot contain our excitement!
Brenda Song, the former star of “Suite Life of Zack & Cody” and star of the upcoming “Amphibia,” celebrated her return to Disney Channel with a new wand promo. To honor the moment, Disney Channel even cut and pieced together all of Song’s previous wand promos on the channel before revealing her fourth and latest want promo.

“It’s good to be back,” Song says in the compilation video of all her wand IDs over the years.
Amphibia is the 21st project that Song has teamed up with Disney on, and it is an animated series about a 13-year-old girl, Anne Boonchuy (voiced by Song) who is an independent and fearless teen who is magically sent to a rural marshland inhabited by frog-people.

According to Disney, “With the help of an excitable young frog named Sprig (voiced by Justin Felbinger), Anne will transform from monster to hero and discover the first true friendship of her life!”

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Song said, “It really does feel good to be back. Especially unveiling such an amazing show that’s so close to my heart. It feels really special.”
Amphibia will be debuting this summer on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW.
