Chef Isaac Toups Slays 100-Course Meal

We don’t know about you, but we would love to be invited to a 100-course dinner party. Well, this group of lucky people was, as Pepcid Complete challenged chef Isaac Toups to cook a 100-course meal. Hoping, of course, that heartburn would not be one of the invited guests.

Chef Toups got his claim to fame on the 13th season of Top Chef. Though he didn’t have is cake and eat it too by winning the season, he definitely made a name for himself. He also owns Toups’ Meatery in New Orleans, that pays homage to his family’s 300 year Louisiana background.

Maybe Pepcid chose Toups since he isn’t known as a picky eater. While growing up, Toups was forced to try all the foods at a local buffet after telling his father he didn’t want anything. He told The Coarse Grind Podcast that it causes him to seek out authentic food.

Well Pepcid, hope you’re up for this Louisiana native’s challenge, as well!
