We’ve learned a lot about Ed Sheeran recently.
We know he has a room in his house entirely devoted to teddy bears, we know his recent facial scar had something to do with James Blunt — and now we know he’s really, really bad at recognising old friends when they make surprise guest appearances on talk shows.
During Friday’s episode of The Graham Norton Show, Sheeran’s best friend from childhood appeared for Norton’s “Red Chair” segment at the show’s conclusion.
When Sheeran finally realised the man in the chair was the same person he used to hang out with at primary school, they brought him out on stage for an adorable reunion.
