Are you ready to take a trip to the North Pole aboard the one and only Polar Express?
The children’s Christmas movie “The Polar Express” will come to life in November to kick off the holiday season in Florida. Brightline and Rail Events Production are teaming up to treat people of all ages to the magical experience of the Polar Express.
Guests will be able to board the specially decorated Brightline train with their golden tickets and will be treated to dancing chefs, music from the movie and Christmas carols. The one-hour trip will also feature the big man himself, Santa, who will be on board with his helpers to give out the first gift of Christmas, a keepsake silver sleigh bell.
The experience will run from Nov 11 to Jan. 1 on select trips. Exact dates, times, and prices can be found on the ticket page. Check-in will be located at the Brightline Fort Lauderdale station.
Tickets are $55-$75 for adults and $50-$70 for children, plus fees and taxes. The experience is the same for each guest, regardless of ticket price. Activities will be provided inside the station for those waiting to board. Boarding is planned to begin 20 minutes before departure.
Riders are also encouraged to wear their pajamas for the ride to complete the experience.
