How the school system failed to protect me.
Excerpt from the school’s response:
“The Rocklin Unified School District respects the rights and diversity of all members of our school community and is committed to ensuring all of our students, staff and families feel welcome, safe and supported. We take any kind of bullying of staff and/or students very seriously and investigate thoroughly. We also carry out the discipline appropriate to the situation once we have learned all the information. Unfortunately, as with all personnel matters, the District is limited in what it can say or how it can respond. This matter also involves the potential for litigation so we can not respond further.”
