Programmer Writes Script That Calls Back Phone Scammers 28 Times Per Second

To combat their operation he wrote a script that called their phone number 28 times per second, overwhelming their phone lines and operators. He recently made a compilation of the frustrated operators’ reactions and launched ‘Project Mayhem‘ to continue his fight against these unscrupulous scammers.
