Are you a fan of cute cafés or Pusheen in general? Since being created by American couple Claire Belton and Andrew Duff in 2010, Pusheen, the illustrated cat character, has taken the Internet by storm.
The character has gone on to spawn an entire franchise of books, films, and merchandise, and has even collaborated with brands like H&M, Primark and ArtBox. In exciting news for the famous cat, Singapore will soon be home to the world’s first Pusheen café.
The café will feature pastel interiors patterned with the lovable cartoon kitty, as well as a full Pusheen-themed menu that looks as good as it tastes. Belton and her team of designers had a hand in creating the upcoming café.
Kumoya has created other pop-up cafe concepts featuring characters like Cinnamoroll and My Little Pony. Additionally, the Pusheen cafe menu will be exclusively designed and curated by Shirley Wong, aka Little Miss Bento, along with the team at Kumoya.
Aside from delicious food such as the Pusheenicorn Pretty-in-Pink Peach Soda and the Pusheen-in-a-Bun Ebi Burger, fans of the beloved cat can also expect to find a selection of Pusheen cafe-exclusive merchandise for sale!
The Pusheen X Kumoya Cafe pop-up will be open to the public beginning Jan 6, 2019 to March 2019, with a minimum spending of $10.00 per person.
