This guitar is apparently not suited for rock n’ roll — or even a gentle punch or two.
After delicately plucking a few chords, Gary Wooten found out the hard way that his guitar’s floating pickup was secured to the guitar with just a bit of glue, and apparently not enough.
Why Wooten decided to punch his guitar is a bit unclear. It doesn’t seem at all apropriate for the “song” he was playing, so there’s a chance that his guitar punch is completely fabricated.
Either way, Wooten stated in the comment section that he was able to fix the guitar with some more glue.
