Apache Cordova puts your HTML, CSS and JavaScript into a native web view and uses plug-ins to give you access to native features like the camera and GPS.
Consider that you’ll be limited to the power of the rendering engine on the platform you’re targeting. Plus, with community-driven plugins, you’ll be relying on their code to be up to date. Most importantly, you’ll still need to dedicate the time to optimize everything and make it look and feel like a native app.
