Stan Lee’s Final Marvel Appearance For ‘Avengers: Endgame’
A Marvel movie isn’t a Marvel movie without an iconic appearance from the man behind all our favorite superheroes: Stan Lee.
Stan Lee has become such a fixture of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but now it seems we’re coming to the end of an era. Co-director of “Avengers: Endgame,” Joe Russo, leaked that this movie will feature the last Stan Lee appearance in the Marvel franchise.
Since the first “X-Men” Marvel movies launched in the early 2000s, Stan Lee has made a cameo in every movie. Stan Lee also made cameos in Marvel movies, TV series, and video games.
Lee shot a series of cameos for upcoming Marvel movies shortly before his death last November when his health started to deteriorate. Rumors suggested that Lee would have a cameo in “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” which will be in theaters three months after the “Avengers: Endgame” premiere.
However, Russo seems to say that isn’t the case.
It’ll be a bittersweet feeling seeing the Stan the man one last time, but it feels fitting that Lee’s final cameo in a Marvel Studios film would be in “Avengers: Endgame” as it will be a culmination of 10 years and 21 movies the legend was part of.
