Ciara Is Accepted To Ivy League College
On Monday, Ciara announced that she had been accepted into Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports.
“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for,” the singer wrote alongside a picture of herself wearing a Harvard sweater. “This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!”
The songstress also thanked Anita Elberse, the faculty chair for her program, the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports, in her post, which she posted on Instagram.
“Thank you @anitaelberse for a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend @Harvard BEMS. #WhyNotHER.”

As stated on the program’s website, applicants are not required to have “formal educational requirements” but admission to the three-day course “is a selective process based on … professional achievement and organizational responsibilities.”
Ciara will earn a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
The program curriculum will closely study icons like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the musical “Hamilton” and “House of Cards” to learn about different challenges and success stories within the entertainment business.
In other exciting news, Ciara’s latest album “Beauty Marks,” was released on May 10 under her own label Beauty Marks Entertainment.
