“WoodSwimmer” is an incredible, new stop-motion short by Brett Foxwell where wood is the primary element. On Vimeo, Foxwell explains that the animation was created by sequencing cross-sectional photographic scans of pieces of hardwood, burls and branches.
For the music, Brett collaborated with bedtimes, who produced the track and helped with editing. For those interested, photo prints of selected still are available through Red Bubble.
