Though the new Canoo EV pickup truck will be available for pre-orders in the upcoming months and is expected to roll off the production line by 2023. Canoo is a Los Angeles-based startup with plans to offer a line of electric vehicle platforms apart of the subscription-based business model with monthly fees.
The Canoo pickup truck will be smaller compared to others on the market but the modular design can transform the truck to be bigger if desired. The truck bed is only 6 feet long with extension features including pull-out side sections, an optional roof rack for more cargo spaces, and the bed can open up to convert the vehicle into a camping-friendly shell.
