Social media star turned singer
Claudia Conway is known as a TikTok star with controversial political figures with her mother Kellyanne Conway (former Trump administration advisor) and George Conway (an anti-Trump activist.) Claudia became a social media star on TikTok but not many fans knew she has a passion for music.

“American Idol” gave Claudia the chance to audition and explore her passion for music for the new season of the singing competition. Claudia’s father, George Conway, attended the audition with Claudia and Kellyanne made a surprise appearance through video chat.
“American Idol” is featuring a new segment of the show where contestants get to video chat with family or friends before the audition as guests are limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Claudia got the chance to speak with her mom before the audition and Kellyanne wished her daughter luck with her new music venture.

The 16-year-old revealed that she had to move to Washington D.C. with her family at the age of 12 and discovered she could be herself on social media. Claudia is known for her love of creating content for social media but has a musical background leading her to “American Idol.”
Claudia starts her audition singing Rihanna’s ‘Love On The Brain’ but is stopped by the judges who give some critiques and request her to perform another song. Claudia performs ‘When We Were Young’ by Adele that convinces Katy Perry and Lionel Richie to give her a shot with a golden ticket to Hollywood.
It seems that Claudia will be pursuing her music career with her next appearance on “American Idol.”
