LONDON — It’s a really, really good thing there were no high-sided trucks travelling along Marine Drive in Southport when the video above was taken.
In the clip — uploaded by YouTuber Paul Ellis, who filmed the footage on his dashcam — a hot air balloon slowly loses height while approaching a busy main road.
Luckily the balloon and its passengers made it safely across to land on the far side, but at one point they look like they’re only a few feet above the cars passing below.
