Elton John and James Corden get dressed up for some hilarious Carpool Karaoke

We learn a lot about Elton John from this video.

We learn that he doesn’t own a phone, and that he doesn’t mind putting on a hairy lion’s mane to belt out “The Circle of Life.”

We learn that he wants James Corden to kidnap him. We learn that he once rang someone after a long night and asked them to do something about the fact his hotel was too windy (“It wasn’t a tantrum as such, but as reality goes it was pretty far off the chart”, Elton explains).

Most of all, though, we learn that despite the fact he’s one of the most famous singers in the world he can be a pretty fun, down-to-earth guy, and he doesn’t take himself too seriously.
