Disney World offers special pricing for Florida residents
Is it really true that you can get a ticket into the happiest place on earth for almost half
the price?
Yes, yes it is, and what a wonderful and magical way to start 2020. Florida residents can visit Walt Disney World in Orlando for just $49 per day starting Jan. 2. The deal is part of the new Discover Disney ticket.
For $195, which is $49 per day plus tax, Florida residents can get a four-day ticket that is valid at four Walt Disney World theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom. The ticket is good for one theme park per day.
For $175, or $59 per day plus tax, residents can get a three-day Discover Disney Ticket. For those that like to visit multiple parks in a day, paying a little extra will allow for an upgrade to the Park Hopper feature on the ticket.
The Discover Disney Ticket deal will be available for purchase through June 27 and can be used on any day until June 30, 2020, with no block-out dates. Proof of Florida residency will be required to purchase the Discover Disney tickets.
All tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable. They also exclude activities and events, which are separately priced.
