Avacado bar comes to Florida

Florida especially is known for cooking up all sorts of delicious bites from everything that is savory soul food to healthy vegan options. Needless to say, Florida is pretty diverse when it comes to its food scene.

Expanding on the recent healthy and vegan-friendly food option is Tampa where the state’s first avocado bar opened up.

Swami Juice is well known for its cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and filling acai bowls, but the healthy food shop just upgraded by opening Florida’s very first avocado bar. Fans of the yummy fruit will find all things avo from toasts to salads.

Their Avocado Smash is made with avo, heirloom tomato, watermelon radish, micro-greens drizzled with a balsamic or Mediterranean glaze. The Smoked Salmon is a great option for those seeking a savory snack as it’s made with smoked pastrami salmon, cream cheese, capers, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. There is also a Prosciutto option, which comes with avocado, dry-cured Italian ham, a poached egg, heirloom tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze. Swami Juice also offers sweeter options such as their Dessert Toast.
