If you’re a K-pop fan that listened to K-pop back in, then you’ve more than likely heard of the girl group f(x) from South Korean label SM Entertainment. A few years back, Sulli decided to officially leave the group and focus on her acting career. After her departure, f(x) continued on as a four-member group with Amber, Victoria, Luna, and Krystal.
After her departure, Sulli has been in and out of the news, but did take a hiatus since June of 2014 in order to cope with malicious comments.
Now though, the Korean actress is ready to make her comeback as she will be starring in a Netflix series. Sulli will be appearing in the second installment of “Persona,” an omnibus series consisting of five short films directed by different directors. Shooting is slated to begin later this year with release scheduled for next year.
The first installment of the series will be released in April and will feature singer IU. “Persona” will be Sulli’s first project in nearly two years after appearing in the 2017 action noir “Real.” The film drew attention due to her R-rated scene with actor Kim Soo Hyun.
