You can call Harry Styles many things — dreamy, adorable, perfect or angelic — but don’t call him a quitter.
The One Direction singer continued the band’s tradition of serenading fans in the audience for their birthdays, even if it meant pausing the show for four minutes to get a 7-year-old girl’s name right. This is his Everest.
Styles goes through a bunch of names he thought he heard the girls in the crowd shouting.
“Get a better name,” he pleads. “I haven’t got a chance!”
He then gets resourceful and starts a game of telephone with the crowd, hoping teamwork can solve the dilemma. When that doesn’t work, he grows frustrated and assigns her the name Trevor. Finally, he asks the crowd for a pen so he can write out her name for the Jumbotron. His perseverance pays off, and he is able to address 7-year-old Lexie by name.
Apple Music, meanwhile, also needs a little help getting things right. They accidentally leaked the name of One Direction’s new single with a now-deleted tweet.

Our next single is called ‘Perfect’.
Looking forward to you hearing it, hope that you like those apples.

But you can’t fault Apple Music too much. Every One Direction song might as well be called “Perfect.”
