1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp colourful sprinkles
For the birthday crumbs…
180g plain flour
85g melted butter
1.5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sprinkles
pinch of salt
1 tbsp water
For the cheesecakey bit…
200ml double cream
500g cream cheese
100g icing sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
various food colouring
