Kenan and Kel staged a great 'Good Burger' reunion on 'The Tonight Show'
Ripped straight from the depths of your nostalgic dreams: Kenan and Kel have reunited! For one night, anyway.
The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon — the show that brought you a Screech-less Saved By the Bellreunion — brought the duo together Wednesday night for an ode to Good Burger, the beloved All That sketch that spawned a terrible 1997 movie that you secretly loved (or love).
In the sketch, Fallon (much like he did with the Bell reunion) takes a trip down memory lane to remember his time working at Good Burger and it is there that we encounter Kel Mitchell’s goofy Ed, who’s just as zany and ridiculous as you recall.
Kenan Thompson cameos as “Lester Oaks, construction worker” — a choice that obviously signals the reunion was a nod to All That more than the film, in which Thompson played a teenager named Dexter.
