Let’s get physcial, with Jane Fonda
Jane Fonda, 82, has posted her very first TikTok doing the famous “Jane Fonda Workout” in order to raise awareness about the current climate crisis. “Hello to the people of TikTok” Fonda said, “My name is Jane Fonda and I am going to bring back the Jane Fonda workout.”
This is the first comeback video in a series of videos to come, and Fonda is seen wearing a long-sleeved version of one of her signature bodysuits. But instead of wearing leg warmers, she wears flare yoga pants. Lying in a side-plank position, Fonda does some leg raises before turning her attention to helping the planet.

Fonda urges followers to join her in working to protect Earth. In her TikTok video, Fonda continues the conversation by saying that climate change is a “real emergency” and that “the future needs you.”
Fonda is no stranger to activism. The star had been arrested at a climate-change protest in Washington, D.C., and she previously announced a plan to enact “Fire Drill Fridays,” a weekly event featuring activists, celebrities and more who are also fighting climate change.
Fonda has also enlisted some celebrity friends such as Amber Valetta, Alyssa Milano, Norman Lear to encourage supporters to join the movement. Workouts will be live at 11 a.m. PT, so get our your yoga mat!
