Everyone loves to nap, especially adults. And according to a recent study, here are some pretty great nap facts.
Three out of four people feel rejuvenated after a little snooze and the majority of Americans also consider a nap to be essential when they are feeling tired and sluggish. A whopping 23 percent say that they will lay down for a nap every single day. And the rest probably wish they had time to do so.
The perfect length of a nap is 45 minutes, any longer and you will probably feel even more tired after you wake up. But don’t be like 29 percent of Americans that doze off during work.
50 percent of Americans do believe that napping should be permitted for a short period of time at work everyday. It would probably even increase work productivity.
