Yup He Works Out

Back in the late 90s, Wilmer Valderrama played the role of the lovable, somewhat odd exchange student Fez on the cult classic sitcom That ’70s Show. Fez was kind of skinny and had somewhat questionable taste in clothing, but he was friendly and capable when needed. But when you thought of Fez you never thought of him as the kind who works out often..but now he’s on a whole other level when it comes to fitness…yup he works out!

In Valderrama’s own words, he works out. Like, a lot. He lifts, he stretches, he doesn’t eat wrong, and just generally does all of that stuff that most of us should get around to doing. As with any good-looking actor, people take notice of Valderrama’s physical appearance, and have no qualms about sharing their observations with him, for better or worse.
