Take a peek behind the curtain of Paris Hilton’s life
Paris Hilton is releasing a new documentary called “This Is Paris” in September and appearing on this week’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” the famous 39-year-old heiress dropped a few hints as to what to expect when the full film comes out.
In the sneak peek, Hilton said, “No one really knows who I am. Something happened in my childhood that I’ve never talked about with anyone. I still have nightmares about it.”
Hilton did not go into further detail about the traumatic experience, but it was revealed that “The Simple Life” star will be very candid and discuss the mental abuse she faced as a teenager while at a Utah boarding school. Nikki Glaser, who filled in for Jimmy Kimmel on this past Tuesday’s show, interviewed Hilton, who reflected on her feelings about the documentary’s upcoming release.
“I’m excited, but I’m also very nervous, you know, given the topics discussed in this film because it’s things I’ve never talked about before—really personal and traumatic experiences,” Hilton said. “This Is Paris” is set to explore the hidden past of the famous Hollywood star, and Hilton will paint a compelling picture as she tells her story of being a teenager desperate to escape into a fantasy. The documentary will also shed new light on the insta-fame culture.
