Shia LaBeouf: actor, motivational speaker, freestyle rapper and all-around inspiration.

LaBeouf (and his growing rat tail) were caught on camera doing a freestyle rap for a group of his friends and fans. While the actor is probably one of the finest motivational speakers of our generation, he might want to think twice about getting into the music industry.

Despite his many verbal slip ups, he does manage trash talk Transformers a little — which is something we can all clap for.
