“This partnership with Netflix marks a significant move toward making that possible and is an incredibly exciting new chapter for the Roald Dahl Story Company. Roald would, I know, be thrilled.”
Beginning early in 2019, production will begin on animated adaptations of some of the titles, although none have specifically been identified.
Netflix’s deal includes many, but not all, of Dahl’s works.
Below is the list of titles in which Netflix has rights to:
