Zion Clark is a collegiate wrestler (125 lb division) and sophomore at Kent State University. In this amazing clip we see Zion working on being more explosive by practicing box jumps. The video was originally uploaded to his Instagram page yesterday.

The athlete has been inspiring people all around the globe with his incredible achievements—despite being born without legs, being given up for adoption by his mother, and growing up in foster care. If you’re interested, there’s a 12 minute documentary available on Netflix on his story entitled, Zion.
