There are now robots that fight back… soon, they’ll take over the whole world. I just knew it this day was coming.
In all seriousness, check out this dope new robot that acts as your sparring trainer. It has soft and hard foam targets that help you bob, weave, duck, and fight back when you’re in the mood for some MMA training. The coolest part? The faster you hit the hard foam bar, the faster it will swing back at you as it adapts to your fighting style.
From Orion Tech, this maniacal machine can be customized with more targets added to train your whole body. There’s also a boxing machine that moves to the beat of your punches called the “BotBoxer,” but it’s more for realistic, in the ring fighting rather than regular exercising.
Oh, and did I mention that these robots can help with depression, too? That’s right, strength training such as these above can help to fight depression and anxiety, allowing your body to release stress for a happier mindset.
So what are you waiting for? Get out there and kick some robo-butt!
