The shop’s menu is inspired by Jacques Cousteua’s “Voyage to the Edge of the World,” paying tribute to the life of Cousteau and the family’s history. The menu offers Hennessey, Bond Company Stooge and Life on Mars. Cousteau’s also serves hand-spun milkshakes.

All ingredients – both that go into making the delicious milkshakes and topping the waffles – are created in-house and provides that perfect homemade rich and fresh taste you can’t get from a breakfast chain.
In addition to the milkshakes and waffles, Cosuteau’s offers Feather Waffles and Wonuts. The feather waffles are homemade egg-based waffles topped with all sorts of items and made in the shape of a feather.
