Reports indicate that Hailey filed the paperwork for the rights to “Rhode” (Hailey’s middle name) for a potential beauty venture. The limited details disclose that “Rhode Beauty” lists potential beauty and wellness merchandise including cosmetics, skin-care, fragrance, and hair products.
This development follows Hailey’s decision to trademark Bieber Beauty which was her first attempt to enter the booming beauty industry. The trademark request was rejected by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office citing the reason it might cause confusion in similarity to the Justin Bieber trademark filed in 2010 that featured cosmetics products including body lotion and shampoo.

Another option for Hailey would be exploring the option of having a namesake beauty brand as she filed and was granted a patent for Hailey Bieber in 2018 shortly after marrying him. The Hailey Bieber trademark features goods and services primarily in apparel but it isn’t listed for cosmetics.
Aside from the potential beauty venture, Hailey has recently revealed more about her personal life on the ‘Women’s Health UK’s Going for Goal’ podcast. Hailey told host Roisin Dervish O’Kan she’s relied on therapy in the past to help her cope with the pressures of fame and the massive amount of attention.
Hailey is focusing on herself and new ventures that will bring her joy with the hopes of starting her own beauty line.
