Where can I find this crazy pizza?
Movie night, sleepover, game night, whatever the case may be, has just got a whole lot better, especially if you can never decide between pizza or chicken. If you’re a fan of pizza and chicken, especially when the two are combined, then you’re in for the ultimate pie!
KFC and Pizza Hut have teamed up for the greatest mash-up of all the best foods from the two fast-food chains. Called the KFC Popcorn Chicken Pizza, the pie is made on a classic Pizza Hut crust and topped with mozzarella cheese, KFC gravy, KFC popcorn chicken bites, and sweet corn.
The pizza will be available at participating Pizza Hut locations through Feb. 16, but only in the UK as of right now. But hopefully, if it proves to be popular and there is demand, Pizza Hut and KFC will bring the pie over to the States.
UK food Instagrammer @Newfoodsuk tried and reviewed the pizza. Finishing every slice, they said, “Wow! This is so worth ordering…”
@Newfoodsuk went on to add that the gravy base and popcorn chicken added a lot of flavor to the pizza. The KFC Popcorn Chicken Pizza is only available in a large size and is being sold for £20.49 which is about $26.75 USD.
This new menu item is just one of the many latest ventures of KFC. Last year, the chicken chain introduced its plant-based Beyond Fried Chicken made with Beyond Meat, sprinkled Cheetos on its crispy chicken, and released a video game featuring an absurdly sexy Colonel Sanders called “I Love You, Colonel Sanders! A Finger-Lickin’ Good Dating Simulator.”
