A Paradise For Corgi-Lovers

Do you love dogs and cafes? Do you just so happen to be in Thailand or are planning a trip to Thailand in the near future? Well, the land of smiles has something just for dog lovers and it truly is a “pawsome” idea for a café.

Thanks to the help of its 2 resident corgis, Corgi in the Garden Cafe is gaining popularity. Customers are greeted by a dozen fluffballs rushing out to greet them before they can play with the corgis, give them treats and even take pictures with them.

The café originally started out as an oversized litter before turning into a business that has made headlines around the world. The cafe houses 12 corgis, whose popularity has been soaring among Thai dog lovers for their roly-poly build and an almost infallible ability to make people smile.

“They’re funny dogs, like their appearances, short and stubby. These are their unique appearances which I like,” said cafe owner Tanchanok Kanawaong to the New York Post.

The corgi café is modeled after the ever-popular cat cafes of Japan, and customers pay about $11 for one-hour sessions with the pups. If visiting Corgi in the Garden Café, you’ll be sure to meet popular puppers like Porkchop, Pumpkin, Salmon, Bean, and Babycorn.
