Adele fan nails 'Hello' parody asking for free concert tickets

LONDON — Finding and/or being able to afford Adele tickets is a struggle many fans will know only too well.

Janee Bradford, from Charlottesville, Virginia, is one of those fans — but rather than sitting by and quietly lamenting the cost, she decided to make her woes public in the form of a brilliant parody video.

In the clip above, Bradford sings “Hello from the Parking Lot” — a play on Adele’s “Hello” that uses new lyrics to directly appeal to Adele for two free tickets to one of her shows:

“Hello, it’s me
I was wondering if you could send me two tickets for free
‘Cuz they too high
My pockets empty
Times have changed and it’s too hard
‘Ain’t nothing around here cheap.”

Bradford has since been featured on NBC after her parody reportedly wracked up millions of views on Facebook.

We don’t yet know if Adele has seen the video, or if Bradford is in line for any free tickets. Can’t blame her for trying, though.
