A Mirror Was Placed in the Wild to Capture the Animals’ Reactions
What would a kangaroo do if it suddenly came face-to-face with another kangaroo that copied its every move?
Wildlife enthusiasts from Epic Aussie Encounters placed a large mirror in the Australian bush and set up trail cameras to capture how different animals reacted to their own reflections.
The results were fascinating!
Some kangaroos approached the mirror with curiosity, even checking behind it. Wallabies appeared startled by the unfamiliar encounter, while magpies and kookaburras investigated the mysterious animal staring back at them.
Other visitors, including possums and echidnas, responded in their own unique ways.
