This is a coffee lover’s dream job

Thanks to Gevalia Kaffe, a Swedish coffee company, one lucky person could be crowned Coffee Queen (or King) and get paid $5,000 to spend an entire week at the Carlowrie Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland where the only requirement is to enjoy “all the delicious coffee drinks their heart desires.”

Even decaf drinkers can get in on the job application.

The luxury castle boasts 12 expansive bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and 32 acres, but it doesn’t stop there. The selected applicant will also get to enjoy a personal butler, coffee-inspired spa treatments, award-winning catering, private barista lessons and “a surprise or two along the way,” according to the company.

Senior Associate Brand Manager Tina Bletnitsky believes that a Queen (or King) is “[A]nyone who transforms into the most confident version of themselves after that first cup of coffee—they speak their minds, are self-aware, and aren’t afraid to make fun of themselves.”

Hopeful applicants will need to go onto the Gevalia website to apply. The application will be open through Dec. 20. The winner will receive a $5,000 stipend check and will have the chance to walk through the Carlowrie Castle to take in the fresh aroma of coffee.
