The Purr-fect Place For A Cup Of Coffee With A Cat Cuddle

If you’re looking for a tiny paw to shake hands with, then this is definitely a place that needs to be on your summer bucket list. It’s Adopt a Cat month this June, and just in time for the special occasion, Orlando will soon be opening its very own cat café, giving residents and visitors a chance to play with and take home a new furry friend.

Called The Kitty Beautiful, co-owners David and Heather Strauss have been working hard to create the purr-fect (pun absolutely intended) spot for guests to enjoy coffee and play with cats. However, the café will not be open until mid-July.

The two decided to open a cat café a few years back but soon realized the space they initially found would be too costly to fix and too small for their needs. So after taking a few steps back and studying other cat cafes nationwide, the Strausses found a new location that better suited their needs.

The café will feature fun event such as cat yoga and ‘Mewvie night’ where guests can watch movies while playing with cats, and there will also be lots of yummy food and drink offerings, all of which will be named with cat-related wordplay.
