A new clip from YouTuber OrangeSoda shows a lightning strike that appears to hit just feet away from the person filming in Cotulla, Texas, a small town located approximately an hour-and-a-half drive southwest of San Antonio.
“God dammit!” the cameraman screams after the lightning hits. He then heads back inside his car, a much safer place to be during a storm.
Violent storms have swept across Texas in the last week, and more severe weather could be on the way this weekend.
