This porcupine is not messing around.
The prickly rodent was recently spotted at the Londolozi Game Reserve, near Kruger National Park in South Africa, fending off 13 lions prowling nearby, according to a guide on the reserve’s blog.
After the porcupine rattles its quills a few times to show the pride who’s boss, the lions finally skulk off into the night. Some dinners are not worth this much trouble.
