The Former Bond Comes Back To Help With The Script

It seems like Daniel Craig wants to go out with a bang in his last stint as the sexy and suave 007. The 51-year-old-actor will reprise his role as the spy James Bond in the still-untitled movie, but in preparation for the role, Craig has swapped his gun for a pen.

Alongside director Cary Joji Fukunaga and screenplay writer Phoebe Walle-Bridge, Craig is helping with some of the writing duties of the James Bond script. Although the plot of the movie seems to be laid out, the actual dialogue of the movie is “all last-minute,” according to a source that spoke to the Daily Mail newspaper.

According to an article published by Variety, Craig wants Waller-Bridge to add more humor to the script. Known for her clever work in “Fleabag” and “Killing Eve,” Walle-Bridge is sure to bring intelligence as well as a good bout of humor to the action film.

It seems that Craig’s last Bond film has come with quite a few problems. The motion picture was originally scheduled to be released on Feb. 14, 2020, but ended up being pushed back after director Danny Boyle left the project by mutual consent.
