If you’re looking for a wow moment, Delta Airlines has got you covered.
After 14,000 hours of testing and 1,800 customer surveys, Delta is ready to launch its new service that will treat international flyers to a whole new experience. The American company will soon be implementing a service that offers free cocktails, Bistro-style dining and more for Main Cabin passengers on international flights starting in November. Unfortunately, domestic offerings will remain the same.
The new experience will start passengers off with a hot towel service right when passengers board the plane. Services will then be followed by a complimentary drink ad shortly after take-off. Drinks will include a new Bellini made with sparkling wine and peach puree.
Delta also revamped their menu options, letting passengers choose among appetizers and large entrees, made up of new recipes. Dessert is served after dinner along with another complimentary drink: wine.
According to Delta’s Senior Vice President of In-Flight Service, Allison Ausband, in a press release, “This is about investing in every single customer who chooses Delta, no matter where they sit on the plan. The thoughtful touches we’re investing in throughout the new Main Cabin experience were designed by flight attendants with one goal in mind — delivering an exceptional experience that our customers will rave about…”
