Houston To Host Massive Taco And Tequila Festival Next Month

Get ready to have the greatest fiesta of your life!

If you live in Texas or have even heard about the state, then you’ll know how Texans love their Mexican food and drinks. But then again, who doesn’t? Mexican food is equally delicious as it is creative. But there’s probably no other state than Texas, who is a neighbor to the actual country of Mexico, that can honor the motherland’s cuisine.

And that’s where the massive taco and tequila festival that is happening in February comes in. Houston will be hosting the event that features tons of crazy delicious tortilla creations, refreshing margaritas, and tons of tequila shots.

Taking place on February 15 at Guadalupe Plaza Park, the Tacos X Tequila Fest will be featuring over 30 different tacos that can be paired up with more than 10 different types of margaritas. The event will also have a full tequila-based cocktail menu, including random shots rounds throughout the day.

Throughout the day, attendees can vote on their favorite taco and at the end of the day, the festival will select the People’s Choice Taco. And did we mention that general admission tickets are only $5?

And don’t worry, all the tacos and calories eaten will be burned off with a fun time of dancing with music provided by some of the best DJs in town. Are you ready to go loco?
