The magic land of candy – Candytopia
Have you ever heard of the Museum of Ice Cream? The popular pop-up museum was gracious enough to set up shop in Miami for a limited time, drawing in crowds of people all for the sake of taking amazing and cute photographs.
Another similar pop-up shop is heading to Miami, and it’s called Candytopia. Doesn’t it already sound deliciously fun?
Dubbed as a “candy-coated experiential adventure,” Candytopia is coming to Aventura Mall on Nov. 22 and will last throughout the holiday season. As of right now, a closing date has not been set.
According to a press release for the event, Candytopia is “For anyone who’s ever dreamed of scoring a Golden Ticket or nibbling their way through Candyland.”
The pop-up event is meant to be “an imaginative confectionary wonderland with a one-of-a-kind full sensory experience” and is open to people of all ages who want to get a fix for their sweet tooth.
Miami will be Candytopia’s 10th location. The mini theme park launched last year in Santa Monica and has since traveled to other cities as Dallas, Atlanta, NYC, Philadelphia, and Scottsdale, Arizona.
But what’s special about the coming Miami location is the giant foam marshmallow pit, freaky rainbow tunnel and sculpture garden of giant, sparkly sweets, which are all Candytopia’s most popular attractions.
Candytopia Miami will be located at the Aventura Mall on the third level inside Treats Food Hall. Admission is $28 for adult and $20 for kids ages four and 13. Kids under three are free. Tickets go on sale at noon Nov. 5.
