Central Florida to host Mac ‘n’ Cheese fest in October
Mac ‘n’ Cheese is probably one of America’s most delicious and simplest pleasures. That ooey-gooey goodness of the cheese and the perfect texture of the pasta makes for a great meal at any time of the day (yes even breakfast), so why not indulge your cheese tooth in the upcoming Annual Macaroni & Cheese Fall Festival?
Coming in October, this huge and free mac n cheese festival will take over SunWest Park on Saturday, Oct. 19 with the cheesiest bites. Each truck will be competing for the title of best mac in the Bay, serving up their signature mac ‘n’ cheese dishes. But there will be more than just cheese and pasta; those with a sweet tooth can also indulge their need for sweets as vendors also compete for the sweetest treat award.
In addition to mac n cheese and sweet treats, the festival will also feature plenty of vendors for guests to shop around as well as fun activities and live music ringing throughout the whole day.
The price to get into the festival is FREE (yes, you read that correctly). Guests only have to register on the event’s Facebook page. The festival will take place on Saturday, Oct. 19, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at SunWest Park, 17362 Old Dixie Hwy., Hudson, FL 34667.
This is definitely one festival that is worth breaking your diet over!
