On Sunday afternoon one Eldrick ‘Tiger’ Woods won the PGA Tour Championship. It was the 80th PGA tour victory in his career and his first since 2013 at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.

His road to redemption has been well-documented and this victory marked an incredible moment not only in golf but in all of sports. The crowd rushing to the 18th to be part of this iconic moment shows how much Tiger means to golf and how much of an impact he has had on a generation of sports fans that grew up watching him (myself included).
