Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton celebrate engagement
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced they’re officially engaged in Oklahoma, sharing the engagement announcement on Instagram. The newly engaged couple posted a picture together on Tuesday of the couple kissing and Stefani showing off her new ring from Shelton.

The celebrity couple initially met as co-stars on the hit competition singing show “The Voice” and shortly after were together all the time off-set. They met while filming “The Voice” in 2015 at similar points in their lives after recent heartbreaks through a divorce.
Stefani and Shelton dated for over 4 years until rumors circulated around the relationship whether the couple was engaged or eloped with people referring to Shelton as Stefani’s husband or fiancé in multiple interviews.
The happy couple has spent even more time together during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic lockdown in Shelton’s Tishomingo ranch including recording a couple of duets. The couple released a duet single “Happy Anywhere,” “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” and a song for the holidays “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.”
The happy couple is celebrating this announcement with close friends and family including Stefani’s three children Kingston (14), Zuma (12), and Apollo (6). Shelton has developed a close relationship spending more time with Stefani and her children for a family bond.
