It’s the year of the rear! With everyone striving to look perfect, there are a lot of beauty treatments and hacks out there that promise to give people a “bigger butt.” Some people spend hours at the gym doing squats and other exercises to grow their butt. Others resort to butt injections, butt implants, butt pills or even butt pads. So far, the Brazilian butt lift has reigned queen as the most popular procedure to get that perfect, round rear.
Despite the Brazilian butt lift being the longest running and most effective way to get a voluptuous backside, more and more people are looking to lift and increase the size of their butt through non-evasive, non-surgical techniques.
For those who do not want to undergo the knife or deal with all the pesky side effects of implants, there is a new way to get that perky butt. It’s called vacuum therapy. Vacuum therapy done for the butt involves placing plastic cups on the butt and then sucking at them. The sucking technique stimulates the tissue while the push and pull of the cups activates the glute muscles.
Vacuum therapy promises to eliminate a sagging behind and add shape and volume to the gluteus without the risk or expense of surgery. It’s also said to eliminate toxins and restore the skin’s natural elasticity. Some people claim the procedure produces a bigger backside in four to six treatments with permanent results, but others remain skeptical.
