Cardi B Gives A Wild Performance Of ‘I Like It’ At The AMAs

Even after her pregnancy, Cardi B proves she is still an explosive force. The pop star teamed up with Bad Bunny and J Balvin for a colorful live performance of their collaborative single “I Like It” during the American Music Awards.

For their AMAs performance, the trio recruited a small live band and utilized an elaborate presentation to give the trap-salsa track some spice. Cardi B opened the song on a spinning platform, allowing a camera to capture her movements from an overhead angle. Dancers wheeled out Bad Bunny in a gold shopping cart while J Balvin delivered his verse from a huge stage prop.

The overall stage was electric; a troupe of dancers delivered a wild dance number, and Cardi B donned a color explosive dress on stage. Even J Balvin — who was hanging by the DJ booth — had to stand to his feet and move to the beat, and made his way down to the stage to join his compatriots for an energetic finish.

“I Like It,” cracked the Top 10 of Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart and is considered one of Cardi B’s best songs from her debut LP, Invasion of Privacy. Some of the singer’s other notable songs include “Be Careful,” “Bartier Cardi,” “Drip” and her breakout Number One, “Bodak Yellow.”
