Have a sweater that’s pilling up? Use a razor gently over the sweater to remove the unwanted build-up. Of course, not all fabrics adhere to this technique, so apply with care.

Have a sweater that’s past saving? Cut off the sleeves and turn them into cute leg warmers to go with your new boots!

Speaking of new boots, don’t let them lose their shape this year. Use old wine bottles (I’m sure there are plenty after the holidays) or water bottles as boot inserts to help them stand up in your closet and also to help them maintain their shape.
